Blockstream has announced QuickSync, a new open source protocol for scanning Bitcoin wallets. According to the company, it allows an entire wallet to be synced in seconds.
Blockstream states that QuickSync turns hundreds of address lookups into a single descriptor request, reducing synchronization times when using the Blockstream Explorer API.
The company also invites users to obtain an API key.
