The SFC of Hong Kong has approved several spot ETFs on Bitcoin and Ether: China Asset Management, Harvest Global, Bosera, and HashKey are the issuers of the products.

On April 15, the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong approved the applications for the introduction of spot ETFs on Bitcoin and Ether.

Among the approved applications is that of China Asset Management, a Chinese asset management company, which announced that its Hong Kong branch received approval from the SFC to offer financial products (ETFs) linked to the two main cryptocurrencies. The launch of ETFs on Bitcoin and Ether will be carried out in partnership with OSL and BOC International Bank.

Harvest Global Investments also announced that it received approval from the SFC for the two applications submitted by the company. Harvest Global intends to launch the two ETFs in collaboration with OSL, a digital asset platform for institutions and professional investors offering trading and custody services.

Bosera Asset Management, the Hong Kong branch of a Chinese investment firm, and HashKey Capital announced that the regulatory authority has approved two spot ETFs jointly managed by the two companies: the Bosera HashKey Bitcoin ETF and the Bosera HashKey Ether ETF.
