On 17 and 18 October, participants will build applications on RGB and locally run artificial intelligence models.
RGB Protocol Association is organising Agentic Dollars on Bitcoin, a hackathon scheduled for 17 and 18 October 2026 at BLOX in Turin. The event will bring together developers interested in building stablecoin applications, with self-custody wallets and artificial intelligence models run on users’ devices.
Tether is the main sponsor and will bring the QVAC and WDK teams to support participants. BitPolito is the local partner.
Every project must integrate RGB and QVAC. The RGB protocol enables users to issue and transfer assets on Bitcoin through client-side validation. QVAC is Tether’s kit for running AI models directly on the device.
Integration of the Wallet Development Kit (WDK), intended for self-custody wallets, will be optional and award additional points. The four areas cover payments and checkout, stablecoin applications, private financial analysis and autonomous economic agents. In the latter track, the AI proposes transactions and the user approves them.
The judging criteria, all carrying equal weight, are RGB integration, local AI with QVAC, prototype functionality, commercial potential and ease of use.
The prize pool totals €6,000: €4,000 for the first team, €1,500 for the second and €500 for the third. The winning team will also gain access to CypherTank, Lugano’s Bitcoin startup competition.
