X seeks repayment of £207,384 obtained through six accounts
X filed a claim on 17 September with the Business and Property Courts of England and Wales against Vivek Kumar Sen, Zamyang Sherpa and unidentified persons. The platform alleges that a network of Bitcoin-focused accounts obtained £207,384 through the Creator Revenue Sharing programme.
The filing, registered under number BL-2026-001161, links the payment information for @Vivek4real_, @Bitcoin_Teddy and @saylordocs to Sen, and that of @TrendingBitcoin, @Kalshibacktest and @PolyBackTest to Sherpa. X also seeks at least £75,000 for investigation, analysis, remediation and prevention. The allegations include deceit, breach of contract, unjust enrichment and conspiracy by unlawful means. The claims have not yet been examined by a court.
According to X, on 13 August @Vivek4real_, @saylordocs and @Bitcoin_Teddy replied to the same third-party post within 31 seconds. On 5 August, @Vivek4real_ and @TrendingBitcoin allegedly published near-identical text 11 seconds apart. The filing also cites similar content from 23 and 26 July and 3 August.
X states that the operators used overlapping devices, client software, cookies and other identifiers. For @Bitcoin_Teddy, it identifies a Stripe account held in the name of “Stefan Mann”, but associated, according to the filing, with a bank account and email address linked to Sen. X stated that it suspended the accounts on 18 August over alleged fraud in the revenue-sharing programme and platform manipulation.
The programme required X Premium, more than five million organic impressions over three months and more than 500 verified followers. X replaced it around 7 September with Original Content Rewards, which excludes fraudulent, paid or artificially generated impressions.
